The masseria is located in the vicinity of the town of Ceglie Messapica (BR). Ceglie is located in the famous “valley of trulli” (Alberobello, Martina Franca, Ostuni, etc.). It is on a hill immersed in olive groves, yet near to the coast of the Adriatic.

The nearest airport is in Brindisi; (about 40 km); the railway station is in Ostuni (11 km). By road it is accessible from provincial route no. 24, (SP 24). The main building, whose central section was built in the 17th century, is made up of two floors.

The facade is in pietrame, and it is painted white. In addition to the main building, the masseria is comprised of an oil mill or “frantoio”, an extended rural courtyard, some stables and other outbuildings among which are traditional structures including one trullo and two lamie. The state of conservation of the property is good, considering the constructive typology and the age of construction.

The total area extends to around 740 sq m, in just over 10 hectares of land.
