Itria Valley, at the heart of the lovely southern
Italian region of Puglia. The area is rural and peaceful, yet
within a short distance of the facilities and
sights of Cisternino, Martina Franca, Ostuni and
Ceglie Messapica. The capital of the trulli,
Alberobello, Locorotondo, the superb caves of
Castellana Grotte, and Fasano with its safari
park, are all within easy reach. The Adriatic
coast is about 20 minutes away, and the beaches
of the Ionian coast just a bit further away, but
of course the property has its good-sized own
private pool. The property has grounds extending
to about 2 1/2 acres, and enjoys privacy. It is
in two separate parts, the trullo itself and an
attractive stone-built annexe.
