We will be able to confirm availability (see below) - if your requested date is available we will confirm arrangements for completion of your booking.

A deposit of 30% of the total accommodation cost for the dates requested is payable at the time of booking, unless the booking is short notice. The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival at the property. A security deposit of 200 pounds is requested with final payment, to be returned (subject to owner's assessment of any damage).
